• Cone target and result — the cone you aimed for (∆04, ∆6, ∆10) and how your witness cones actually bent.
• Ramp-and-hold schedule — the program or segments you ran, including the all-important soak time.

• Atmosphere — oxidation, reduction or neutral, when it matters.
